Why do I recommend certain people? Or businesses, or places to go?

Think about your favourite restaurant.

Personally, most places compete well on food, and service and cleanliness. What I like, is what I call the 'Cheers' principle : Going to a place, where people know your name. Simple.

Just came out of a lunch with one of the top Barristers in London. What is striking, is how much he really enjoys his work, but actually loves speaking to people. He really engages people, in queues, over lunch, and is interested in THEM. Love it.

I am now developing a team.
